What You’ll Need to Get Started

To ensure a smooth and efficient WhatsApp bot setup, please have the following items ready:

✅ A Phone Number Not Linked to WhatsApp
This number will be used to register your new WhatsApp Business API profile. It cannot be currently active on any WhatsApp account (personal or business).

✅ Admin Access to Your Facebook Business Page
Meta requires admin access to your Facebook Page and Business Manager for API connection and WhatsApp number verification.

✅ A Short Business Description
Tell us what your business does and who your primary customers are. This helps us personalize your chatbot content.

✅ Your Logo and Brand Colours (Optional)
If you’d like a custom-branded experience for your chatbot, please upload your logo and brand colour codes.
