Payment Methods & Billing FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Monthly Plans:
    Debit order via Netcash is required.

  • Annual Plans:
    Once-off EFT payments are accepted.


Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice via email or WhatsApp.


Do you offer refunds?

  • Monthly Plans:
    No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has started.

  • Yearly Plans:
    Refunds are available within the first 7 days of subscription,
    excluding the once-off setup fee, which is non-refundable.
    The setup fee covers all backend work including WhatsApp API setup, Meta Business verification, and bot build — which are completed during onboarding.

If cancelled within 7 days, you will receive a refund of your annual subscription fee only, minus the setup fee.


⚙️ Are there setup fees?

Yes, a once-off setup fee is required to get your bot up and running:

  • Starter Package: R1,950

  • Growth Package: R2,450

  • Pro Package: R2,950

This covers:

  • WhatsApp Cloud API setup

  • Meta Business Verification

  • Dashboard access creation

  • Initial flow build & automation setup


What happens if I exceed my message limit?

You’ll be notified when nearing your monthly limit. If exceeded:

  • We’ll offer a custom top-up plan, or

  • Recommend an automatic upgrade to the next suitable package.


⏸ Can I pause my plan?

Yes, you may pause your subscription for up to 2 months with written notice.
A R550 reactivation fee applies when you’re ready to resume service.


How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your request.

  2. We’ll send a confirmation and updated debit order form.

  3. Upgrades are activated immediately.
    Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
