How to set up your account

Getting Started Is Simple

Here’s how to get your WhatsApp Bot up and running:

1. Choose Your Package
   Select the Starter, Growth, or Pro Package based on your business needs.

2. Book a Demo or Sign Up Online
   You can either schedule a Zoom meeting with us or sign up directly via our website.

3. Complete the Onboarding Form
   We’ll collect all the business details, bot preferences, and Meta access needed to set up your system.

4. Set Up Payment
   Your first invoice will include a once-off setup fee to cover the complete build and integration of your bot. After that, you’ll be automatically onboarded to your selected monthly subscription via secure debit order (powered by Netcash). No card payments required.

5. We Build Your Bot
   Once everything is received, we build your custom WhatsApp flows and connect your bot to the WhatsApp Cloud API.

Typical setup time: 5–7 working days from when all required info is received.
