These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WA Automation services, a division of Kreativworx (Pty) Ltd, and form a binding agreement between the Client (“you”) and Kreativworx (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
WA Automation provides WhatsApp-based automation services, which may include:
WhatsApp Cloud API integration
Custom chatbot flow setup
WhatsApp Broadcast and Drip Campaign management
Monthly flow scheduling and maintenance
Live chat takeover functionality
Platform analytics and performance reporting
We offer three monthly packages (Starter, Growth, Pro) with defined features and limits, as outlined on our website: www.waautomation.co.za
To activate your WA Automation account, you agree to:
Pay a once-off Onboarding & Setup Fee via EFT (see pricing page)
Complete the onboarding form and provide your business and payment information
Grant necessary admin access to your Facebook Business Manager/Page
Approve WhatsApp Business API connection via Meta
Complete and sign the Netcash Debit Order Mandate
Once onboarding is complete, your automation setup and chatbot development will begin.
The monthly subscription is activated after the first setup month
From month two onward, monthly payments will be collected via debit order through Netcash, either on the 1st or 7th, depending on your selection
Invoices are issued between the 20th and 25th of each month for the following billing cycle
If a debit order is returned or fails, your services will be suspended with immediate effect until the outstanding balance is settled
WA Automation does not offer pro-rata refunds once a monthly billing cycle has started
You may cancel your subscription by giving 14 business days’ written notice via email to info@waautomation.co.za
All cancellations apply to the next billing cycle unless the notice period has lapsed
WA Automation reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if:
Payment obligations are not met
The Client breaches Meta or WhatsApp Business policies
False information was provided during onboarding
All custom chatbot flows created for your business are owned by you, the Client
Frameworks, templates, and proprietary systems used to create the flows remain the property of WA Automation
You retain full ownership of your WhatsApp number and Meta Business Assets
Upon cancellation, we will revoke access to the automation platform and deactivate live flows
WA Automation is not liable for service delays, outages, or disruptions caused by:
WhatsApp or Meta platform changes
Meta API review or verification processes
Customer-side settings or blocks that prevent message delivery
CRM integrations and advanced marketing tools are available as add-ons only
All client data is handled in accordance with POPIA and GDPR regulations
We do not share or sell your information to third parties
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the legal right to contact individuals through your WhatsApp bot
Standard support hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00–16:00
Friday: 08:00–14:00
Closed on weekends & public holidays (SAST)
Support or update requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp Business
Emergency response is only provided for service-critical issues during support hours
